This 3-hour intensive session is designed to address all of these challenges in a practical, supportive, and confidence-building way.
During the session, participants learn how to manage anxiety and stage fear, speak clearly and confidently, and use body language intentionally rather than unconsciously. We focus on posture, eye contact, facial expressions, hand movements, breathing techniques, and voice control, helping participants appear calm, credible, and engaging even under pressure.
The session also covers common public speaking issues such as:
- Fear of being judged or making mistakes
- Voice becoming low, shaky, or unclear
- Forgetting words or losing train of thought
- Nervous habits (fidgeting, pacing, stiff movements)
- Lack of presence, authority, or audience connection
Through guided exercises, live practice, and personalized feedback, participants learn how to:
- Build confident presence from the moment they enter a room
- Control nerves and transform anxiety into calm focus
- Speak with clarity, volume, and natural flow
- Use body language to reinforce their message
- Engage an audience with confidence and authenticity
By the end of the 3 hours, participants don’t just know what to do , they feel more in control, more confident, and better prepared to speak in meetings, presentations, interviews, classrooms, or any social or professional setting.
This session blends etiquette, psychology, and practical communication skills to create speakers who are not only heard, but remembered.
